Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to provide technical support for field service activities by answering questions on product use, application, and operation in order to maximize customer satisfaction. The person in this position will also provide training to customers.
Responsibility:
1) Answering inquires from field service engineer (phone, email, fax, etc.) regarding product information, applications, specifications, or troubleshooting issues
2) Preparation of material required for training and instlation for customers
3) Manage product data including manuals, brochures, catalogues, etc.
4) Manage spare parts stock and usage.
5) Maintain close communication with related departments such as manufacturing, quality control, and SCM
6) Plan and execute other tasks defined by management
