What You Will Do:
1. Lead and execute DCL EC growth strategy to maximize and grow EC business.
・Increase and retain light users based on CRM data analysis and insights as growth strategy.
・ Develop and implement strategies and measures to convert acquired light users into loyal users who will continue to purchase from us, and work to efficiently and continuously expand the business through a PDCA cycle
・Develop EC/Digital strategy based on the company policy and DCL's brand strategy
・To achieve business goals and targets, gather necessary data and figures from own departments and divisions, finance, supply chain, etc., based on the EC/Digital strategy, and conduct data analysis based on them to reflect them in the planning
・Design and drive the digital communication strategy with a focus on EC media (own EC, social media, email, etc.), and plan, lead, and execute campaigns and projects on the EC site
2. Based on the company/brand strategy, collaborate with Sales Strategy, CRM, Marketing (product & concept development and new customer acquisition), Finance team, etc. to collaborate to develop/realize strategies, develop sales forecasts and budget plans, and proactively lead execution
3. Achieve KPIs and manage forecast and the daily PDCA cycle of the EC business, while conducting direct analysis of EC site data to leverage the strengths of the EC business
4. Proposal and presentation of EC business measures to the leadership team.
5. Direct reports of 4-5 members
