We are seeking CRM Tech Lead for Japan Commercial and Medical who will contribute to the success of our Japanese business by leveraging global strategies while focusing on the unique needs of the local market. This role is hired for Business As Usual support for Japan CRM, and potentially, this role will conduct Japan Veeva KT to global commercial central team and being the Japan onsite point of contact to support global central team migrating Japan Veeva to global Vault. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in CRM functionalities but will also be expected to enhance our Omnichannel and AI strategies using data-driven insights.
■Key Responsibilities are:
・Implement and optimize CRM strategies leveraging global initiatives and cater to the Japanese market.
・Utilize Veeva CRM knowledge to improve customer engagement, sales/medial effectiveness, and business outcomes.
・Utilize CRM data to inform and drive Omnichannel marketing efforts and AI integration (such as MyInsights) implementations with other GSK teams.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM solutions with other business solutions and processes.
・Provide insights and recommendations to the business on CRM best practices and innovations.
・Ensure CRM tools and data are leveraged to their full potential to deliver personalized customer experiences.
・Manage CRM-related projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, timelines, and budgets.
・Ensures that technical delivery is fully compliant with GSK Security, Quality and Regulatory standards.
・Ensures continuity of business execution i.e. operational support for relevant applications
・Ensures adherence to GSK Service Management standards and SLAs
Role oversees and monitors the work provided by GSK partners and CWs
