■PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Global HR Mission: As a reliable business partner and change agent, we drive transformation of the Group in its quest for an IPO and sustainable growth through building robust global governance, organizational capabilities and corporate brand as an employer of choice. As a senior member of global HR, this position is expected to lead talent development, organization development, culture changes, and employee engagement to support the business leaders and employees.
■ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage key HR initiatives and processes, which include Corporate MVV (mission, vision and values) deployment, organizational reform, change management, performance management, succession planning, talent acquisition & onboarding, learning and development, pay & bonus review, employee relations, employer branding, engagement surveys, and internal communication.
Identify strengths and opportunities of organizational capabilities and culture of the group, advocate for new directions, engage stakeholders, and support mindset changes over the course of transformation necessary for us.
Develop a plan, obtain consensus, and orchestrate projects to fulfil these duties in collaboration with key stakeholders of the business units, regions, group companies and corporate functions.
Invite and listen to feedback, and adapt behaviors and communications accordingly.

Internal: Key business leaders and employees of the business units and region, Corporate functions, CHRO, HRBPs, COE, Recruiting & Learning, HR Shared Service and global HR team
External: Business partners (e.g. recruiting agents, HR service providers, HR consultants, lawyers, accountants)
