同社の経営戦略およびDXビジョンの実現のために、以下の業務を担当していただきます。

・グローバル標準システム（基幹ITインフラ、サイバーセキュリティ対策）の企画を立案し、導入プロジェクトを推進します。

・グループを横断した全社データ分析基盤構築プロジェクトを推進するにあたって、個別案件の対応計画立案、関係者間調整、開発ベンダー管理などのプロジェクトマネジメント業務全般を行います。
全社データ分析基盤を軸としたデータマネジメント計画の立案・推進、ならびに BIツールを用いたデータ可視化や業務効率化などのデータ利活用に向けた活動の企画立案・推進を行います。

・国内・海外におけるグループのデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）戦略を立案し、個別案件を推進します。
経営課題解決・既存事業高度化・新事業開発に対して、デジタル技術を活用したアイデア想起・企画立案を行います。

・経営課題の解決のため、現行のビジネスプロセスを分析し、業務の改善・変革が必要な箇所を特定し、改善・変革施策の立案を行います。
当社の関連部門および関連グループ会社との共創体制を構築し、新たなビジネスプロセスの変革を推進します。
デジタルソリューションの導入計画を策定し、導入を推進し、導入状況を管理・把握し、導入の進捗と成果を定期的に評価します。
デジタルソリューションの適用結果に基づき、ビジネスプロセスの改善アクションを立案し、実施します。

【Responsibilities】
As an IT Senior Manager, you will manage the team and play the role of business partner for the internal stakeholders.
・　Build trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and understand the needs of business units; bridge the gap between IT memebers and the business sector.
・　Act as an IT project manager for internal and external projects; take responsibility for the successful implementation of the system
・　Create system roadmaps and cost models as well as implementation plans for the business units
・　Budget management
・　External vendor management
・　IT service management (SLA management)

WMS system architecture (including requirements definition, detailed design, system development, SIT/UAT, training, pre- and post-cutover support) within a new client warehouse start-up project. The system development part will be handled by a global offshore team and you will be responsible for coordinating different teams and managing the system development progress.

日本と中国・北米・欧州および豪州間のコンテナ貨物の集貨業務（海運代理店業）を行う同社にて、営業担当として業務をご担当いただきます。

■業務詳細：
・新規・ターゲット顧客へのアプローチと開拓
・既存顧客の定期訪問と関係維持
・競合他社の活動を含む市場分析
・営業目標の達成、売上高と市場シェアの拡大

■組織構成:
マーケティング&セールス部は20名程度で構成されています。20代～30代が割合として多い組織です。
