Job Summary:
HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for supporting business growth and strategy execution from an HR perspective. HRBP works closely with business leaders to help build organization and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organization.
As a trusted business partner to our business leaders, this individual is expected to demonstrate his/her in depth expertise in variety of HR topics including talent and organization development, employee relations, change management and DE&I.■休日:完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, GW, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

Requirement:
Minimum 8yrs of professional experience in Human Resources.
Working experiences in highly matrixed organization.
Fluent in both Japanese and English.
Understanding of Japanese local labor law.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
Ability to gain trust and work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
