Venture investment manager takes key responsibilities for new investments and
works closely with portfolio companies to scale their finance and operations.
• Manage the deal flow process from start to finish, including sourcing new prospects, running introduction meetings, conducting in-depth analyses
• Conduct research on markets, technology use cases and industry trends and actively source new deals from current and new deal flow sources
• Play an active role in the due diligence process
• Support portfolio companies through activities such as but not limited to, regular
updates, BD/fundraising support and documentation of their progress
• Coordinate the gathering of financial and operational updates from the portfolio
companies and build internal reports accordingly in order to track their performance across diverse metrics on a regular basis
• Regularly engage partners such as other venture capital funds

Science Manger provides leadership and strategic vision for all the scientific
aspects of CSB (Report to CSO)
• Stay updated on microbiome/multi-omics/human data/AI for life science and related area.
• Support the formulation of the yearly CSB focus areas within microbiome/multi-omics for academic and VC investments. Continuously update CSB’s science road map to illustrate the future of science/technology.
• Build, maintain, and liaise with a network of academic KOLs that may function as advisors when necessary,
• Conduct the scientific due diligence for venture investments
• Support Human Phenotyping Project of Pheno.AI when necessary
• Work hand-in-hand with the Corundum Convergence Institute (NPO vehicle in the US) team to source interesting research projects at the frontier of science, and support the researchers to submit research proposals for funding. Work closely with Corundum Neuro Science (CNS, the sister fund focusing on neuro science based in Israel)
• Support weekly journal club to discuss about the latest research/news

BD manager will lead the Asia/Japan business development activities for CSB’s
portfolio companies.
• Manage POC of the potential projects and develop local strategies including finding
appropriate local partners the strategy
• Support local launch of their business including collaboration with local partners
• Support the company’s investment activities (DD support from business viewpoints).
• Contribute to one of our pipeline company's business expansion in Japan, Human Phenotyping Project to build a long-term health-related database platform which is a core value of the CSB ecosystem.
- Serve as a project manager to manage each stakeholders and timeline and lead establishing stable operational model for the company
- Serve as an Alliance Manager of the company to manage the relationship with partnering companies
