以下の業務について、グローバルに設置されている各FabおよびOperation Central Teamと協力し、推進していただきます。

・工場内における各サイトの生産性改善における問題を洗い出し課題設定を行い、サイト責任者と解決に向けた施策をリードしていただきます。　
・工場内の課題に対する施策や各グローバルサイトの施策の共有、整合性の維持、管理。
・設備・関連プロセス標準やBKM（Best Known Method）を標準化し、エンジニアが確認できるライブラリ作成。

As a Global AMHS (Automated Material Handling System) Principal Design Engineer ,
you will be part of FE Automation Team and will be responsible for design and implementation of next generation AMHS systems for global network of manufacturing sites.

Your objective is to design and implement factory automation systems that test known boundaries and achieve world-class performance.
Projects will include green field systems as well as existing system upgrades and modifications of varying scale.

■Responsibilities
・Lead designing OHT (Over Head Transport) layout using AutoCAD
・Manage and collaborate with automation vendors to enhance designs and secure required lead times
・Engage with the Global AMHS Simulation team to test and validate OHT designs
・Actively participate in design reviews with Construction, Facilities, and Equipment Layout teams to ensure the proper AMHS design and requirements are captured for construction.
・Provide capital budget forecasts
・Serve as a regional first point of contact for Global AMHS Operation and Design teams
・Present to large groups including executive level leadership
・Perform data collection and analysis to define design criteria, validate designs, identify system behavior that can be adjusted to improve system performance.
・Manage a SharePoint portal and maintain a design document repository
・This position will require both domestic and international travel

■製造プロセスエリアにおける業務とBKMの標準化
・プロセスエリアにおける慢性的な問題に取り組み、改善を推進し、無駄を排除します。
・TPMフォーラム、Excursion Reviewなど、様々なフォーラムで得られた改善や教訓を
　グローバル・エリア・フォーラムに反映し、展開、実施、監査の基準を決定します。.
・装置エンジニアやプロセスエンジニアが、設備・関連プロセスの設定に関わるスタンダードを検索できるよう、
　製造エリアレベルの BKM ライブラリを作成します。BKMライブラリーは、製造エリアレベルのBKMを、
　プロセス開発を実施するTD部門と、4つの柱を変更する改善作業を実施するHVM部門にフィードバックする目的も果たします。
・同社共通のワークスステーションに対しTPMのプログラムであるPMSOP、MVC、PARをアラインする。
・エンジニアやテクニシャンがタブレット/ノートブックから手順書にアクセスし、記録可能なキーを記録し、
　PMの成功を測定できるシステムに手順を統合します。
・システムレベルのBKMをグローバルのプロセスエリアに導入します。
・各FabおよびOperation Central Teamと協力し、担当エリアにおける整合性を維持します。
・問題の優先順位に適した頻度で、タイムリーに問題を伝え、対応します。
・プロジェクトのステータス、進捗状況、問題点や改善機会について、協力者やチームメンバーに常に情報を提供します。

As a Diffusion Principal Engineer lead or Member of Technical Staff in the Process Development (PD) group, you will be expected to develop Diffusion process with latest deployment of technology nodes, the process margin improvement work necessitated thereof as well as to ensure extended engagement with manufacturing on the upcoming technology nodes.
Expected to work independently with minimal direction and complete projects in a timely manner and achieve set objectives.

■Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
・Support Diffusion Process developments/improvements as well as technology transfer on DRAM in R&D at initial stages and carry on subsequently in the manufacturing environment.
・Identify and evaluate interactions between equipment, modules and processes and resolve related issues.
・Resolve yield and reliability issues through process development.
・Stay engaged with vendors on strategic process/hardware evaluations.
・Work closely with manufacturing Fab and understand manufacturing issues.
・Engage PI groups to understand implications of inline/probe/parametric data and find opportunities for process improvement.
・Design multi-level SWRs using DOE concept and develop framework for process changes and conversion.
・Initiate and manage experiments to widen process margins as well as to test out manufacturability of next node solutions – effective interaction with manufacturing on such areas.
・Incorporate best known manufacturing methods into early development phase of upcoming nodes.
・Provide documentations for new technology transfer.
・Interact positively with the group, pilot line, vendors, integration, manufacturing, management, to contribute to key improvement projects.
・Accountable for building and driving technical strategy for Diffusion Process area (Gate High-k, oxidation, thermal/plasma treatment, annealing, etc) to meet DRAM and high-performance CMOS technology scaling targets.
・Be a strong collaborator across other development teams, including PI(Process Integration), PE(Product Engineering), QA(Quality Assurance) and device reliability and global quality teams.
・Collaborate effectively with equipment and chemical vendors to ensure alignment and build positive relationships for long term success of company.

・Be accountable for key Technology Development business processes related to strategy and execution, such as Roadmap Development and cost reduction and technology transfer support to HVM.

As Technology Development (TD) DRAM Integration Technology department , we drive next generation of DRAM memory technology development through multi-functional responsibilities of module engineering, materials development and device engineering in Hiroshima plant TD!

As the Engineer of Process Integration, you will work well with all assigned module related development activities in Fab15 TD but also work with related MFG Process Integration modules, developing process flows and process integration schemes with novel devices and new materials for next generation of DRAM, as well as finding innovative and manufacturable solutions to enable a successful transitioning of the new DRAM product which is developed in Fab15 TD to the manufacturing sites.
You will ensure maximum partnership and cross–learning between the different sites and organizations.
You will also be a member of the Process R&D Project team across the sites (Hiroshima, Taiwan and Boise).

■Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
・Project responsibilities
・Assume responsibility for all assigned module related transfer topics in F15 R&D (including process flow, tool selection, recipe optimization, characterization and data interpretation methods)
・Facilitate x-learning and BKM sharing for all related module related topics between global sites/HVM fabrications
・Assure that the right critical metric for inline, param, probe, burn and REL measurements are in place, assure appropriate reaction time for deviation and toggles
・Work with Yield Enhancement, Process Engineering, Real-Time Defect Analysis, Physical Failure Analysis, Param, and Quality Assurance teams to understand issues and priorities
・Pro-actively address technical issues by proposing solutions and bring up resource conflicting.
・Take an ownership for across module activities and items in the critical path if required.
・Define sub-milestones for the project and work with the team to achieve the targets and timelines
・Work with Central Teams, Process areas, and planning teams to define MOR related activities.
