Job Overview:
The Field Service Engineer will assist with liquid and gas equipment installation, troubleshooting, liquid/gas canister changes and facilitate prompt return of empty cylinders and canisters. Training will be provided to help the candidate increase competency and progress in the company. The successful candidate will provide professional quality of work and support to Entegris Customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Installs new or modified equipment at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
•Provides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment. On duty phone needed and standby for 24 hours on call
•Maintains records of performance reports.
•Assists in the development of service handbooks and bulletins based on field investigations, engineering changes, and overall knowledge of product.
•Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.
•Ensure customer satisfaction with installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, engineering change upgrades, etc. of all Entegris equipment.
•Attend all personal and technical training to maintain a professional level of engineering expertise.
