Job Description:
As the PCMO (passenger car motor oil including driveline products) Marketing Manager who seeks delight lubricants customers and consumers in
strategic channel (Automotive Retailer, Car Parts Shops, Branded franchise workshop, E-commerce) and new channel, with Shell insights-based
propositions, implemented well to create demand and deliver more value, you will play a key role in driving strategic “Helix” growth. Plus, Shell brand
expansion through consumer product i.e. Helix is also in the scope of your responsibility.

Location: Tokyo / Japan
Key accountability:
・Accountable to deliver Shell Helix and Driveline products annual volume, margin, and premium margin target for PCMO Sector
・Develop and implement PCMO channel strategy align with Helix brand strategy, leverage consumers and trade insights to improve brand health
(awareness, preference, brand usage, trade recommendation) and market share for Helix in Japan
・Grow premium sales for the PCMO brand faster than other competition to improve both premium mix, market share and overall profit growth
・Ensure pricing is integral in driving business strategy and that strategic direction meets business objective for delivery of growth and target across
channel.
・Leveraging assets and offers from global marketing as well as NEA (North East Asia), must deliver well-integrated and brand aligned campaigns that
create maximum impact in instore visibility execution.
・Enable and equip the sales teams to implement proposition and market activities through stakeholder engagement and consistent performance
management.
・Project Lead in strategic channel : BIWS (Branded Independent WorkShop) development and expansion and develop channel CVP and plan with
consistent performance management to reach channel KPIs.
