Position Responsibilities
Manage priorities and complex scheduling of meetings, travel and events to ensure
effectiveness for direct executive.
•Collaborate with Leadership Team and administrative staff in Japan and global for
optimization of R&D capability.
•Prioritize activities based on understanding of the departmental objectives and
business strategy.
•Take a leadership or partner with a team for a project/meeting which direct executive is
responsible for.
•Catch up with current rules and support direct executive to keep complying.
• Keep an open dialog with manager to support successful teams within division.■休日:完全週休二日制, 年末年始

Degree Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required with an advanced degree preferred.
Experience Requirements
• Personal secretarial experience with executive and foreigners.
• Native Japanese language Skill and Advanced English language Skill
