As Interpreter, you will directly support the Country Head, coordinating and working closely with senior managements team members in Japan and APAC, and Executive Assistant and Administration Team members.
You will proactively gain an understanding of the business’s priorities and commitments in order to provide the communication support for the Country Head externally and internally.
Occasionally, you will be supporting to manage diaries, organize and coordinate meetings, book travel, process invoices and expenses, and manage other general administration.
The role will involve the support for events coordination as well as assisting in the preparation of events and attending visitors. You will be interfacing with clients, government and other stakeholders throughout the role assigned.■休日:完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

日英通訳を含む役員秘書経験 5年以上
ビジネスパートナーとして役員のサポートが出来る方
突然のスケジュール変更や突発的な事態に臨機応変に動ける方
明るく、コミュニケーション能力が高い方■職種未経験者:不可
