★腎臓病治療に特化することを目的に外資大手医療機器メーカー2社が共同出資し、2023年春に設立されたジョイントベンチャー

■Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
➢ Administers the efficient and economical movement of goods in accordance with organizational policies.
➢ Prepares reviews, approves and maintains files for import/export documents required for the lawful completion of import/export activities.
➢ Serves as an import/export liaison for international customers/subsidiaries, distribution, procurement, planning, manufacturing, intercompany finance, regulatory and import/export compliance functions.
➢ Plans, schedules and routes imports and exports, including monitoring the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, ensuring related customer service, brokerage and customs transaction compliance.
➢ Creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliers.
➢ Plans and analyzes activities related to the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials.

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 年末年始

【Must-Have】
➢ Import/Export relevant activities experience for 3-5 years
➢ Medical Device / Life Science industry experience (including pharmaceutical)
➢ Business level English / Fluent level Japanese proficiency
➢ Bachelor’s degree or more
➢ Strong Analytical skills
➢ Must be Tokyo area based who would be able to commute to Tokyo Office
➢ Must be able to visit Our warehouse in Sagamihara often and customs
(Haneda/Narita/Tokyo ports) and sometimes Our Plant in Shizuoka prefecture
➢ Good Communication skill / can demonstrate flexibility in various instances/ good teamwork

➢ Experience worked or working in an International company
➢ Experience in International freight
