[Job Description/仕事内容]
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced supplier quality engineer to join our Supplier part development and MPT team.
As a Supplier Quality engineer, you will play a crucial role in dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders for supplier part quality development activities locally and also with overseas to support our company's growth and success.
You will be responsible for developing and ensuring parts quality for various vehicle and aggregate level projects by applying basic ISO and IATF standard requirements.
Adding to this looking for strong material knowledge background and powertrain parts product knowledge.

1. Understanding ISO 9001 and IATF requirements to deal with suppliers for part development activities
2. Relation with suppliers (domestic and overseas) to ensure the product quality requirements with respect to project time line
3. Dealing with internal stakeholders for parts quality processes and part development milestone related activities
4. Product knowledge on powertrain parts to deal internally and with suppliers
5. Supplier risk assessment to ensure defect free product quality development
6. Supplier process audit skills with respect to basic ISO and IATF requirements

[Department Introduction/部門について]
The QMS Department is made up by 5 different teams:
1) Supplier part development & MPT
2) Series Quality Management -Powertrain
3) Series Quality Management - Vehicle
4) Material lab
5) Measurement lab

There are total of approx 70 members working for QMS.
There are 6 team members (ages in 30s-50s) in Supplier part development and MPT team, which is currently seeking qualified candidates, who are playing pivotal role in attracting and onboarding top talent.

<< Qualifications >>
Min 7 years experience in Quality Management profile, supplier relations.
Basic knowledge in ISO 9001:2015
Basic knowledge in Quality management systems
