• Contributing to the overall development and execution of the Japan Market Colleague Plan.
• Owning the development and delivery of sophisticated projects and impactful programs supporting local and global HR priorities, partnering with key collaborators.
• Partner with business leaders and teams to support their strategic colleague needs, including transformational and organizational change support.
• Mentoring team members to support their development and career growth.
• Leading the analysis and insights of trends.
• Owning the design and operational excellence of colleague and leader communications, presentations and engagement forums.

• Fluency in both Japanese and English.
• Seasoned experience in Human Resources, with broad knowledge of HR generalist processes and practices.
• Demonstrable track record to mentor and influence a broad range of collaborators across the enterprise.
• Proven project management skills: ability to balance multiple, sophisticated projects, events, and tasks, and priorities accordingly, with a demonstrable track record to meet deadlines.
• Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively, build relationships and demonstrate them to drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills: able to cascade complex messages in simple form and tailor messages to audience, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrates a keen curiosity about understanding the business, market trends and financial drivers in the industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; uses data insights and trends to inform and influence. Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, to navigate Excel formulas and pivot tables in Excel and navigate PowerPoint tools to build visually meaningful presentations and content.
