•Creating and implementing of local HR Strategy in coordination with HQ
•Leading the content design and roll-out of Leadership Development activities
•Responsible at Country Level and supporting at Division Level for the main HR Processes: Talent Acquisition, Induction & Onboarding, Talent Management and Performance Evaluation, Compensation & Benefits, Reporting and Labor Cost, Training, Internal Communication, Organization Design, Relationship with Unions
•Supervise team members to ensure an efficient and effective work flow
•Building strong networks and cross-functional partnerships
•Implementing and managing all changes which are rolled out as required by the Division or HQ within the timeframe and with accuracy, ensuring appropriate collaboration
•Lead in establishing a positive company culture

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, GW, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

Must haves:
•Minimum of 3-5 years at Senior Management level accountable for human resources management
•Deep and broad knowledge of HR processes within Japan
•Strong English ability

Nice to haves:
•Experience working in a global and matrix organization
•Experience in restructuring plans
•Budget creation, negotiation and management experience
