■Position Summary
A team member of One Finance is responsible for all accounting areas of sales company which include cash, A/R and A/P, G/L and taxation. Performs daily operations and closing assignments and supervises and supports other team members to complete month end closings to meet company due dates. Maintains internal controls to be compliant with global policies and encourages all team members of the sales company to in compliance with the global policies.

■Essential Functions
• Initiates and enters journal entries and maintains general ledger to be compliant with the global policy.
• Ensures month end closing and closing packages completed and closing reports distributed on due.
• Prepares statutory financial statements and provide external tax accountants with data for tax returns.
• Reviews Travel and Entertainment reports and ensure global, regional and country travel policies in place.
• Reviews supporting documents of supplier invoices and ensure purchase to payment process to be compliant with all corresponding global policies such as procurement for purchase requisitions and purchase orders, accounts payable for 3 way matching and delegation of authorization for dual signatures

■休日：完全週休二日制, 年末年始

■Qualifications
•Bachelor of science in accounting or equivalent
•Accounting qualifications
-The second grade of Book keeping must and USCPA or Certified Tax Account partially passed plus
　　 -Interests in USGAAP accounting and JGAAP accounting
-Experiences in annual tax returns
• Work experiences
-3-5 years experiences in accounting department of a manufacturing company or a trading company of industrial products and a US listed company plus
-Interests in working for a US listed company.
•IT system experiences
-Finance module of one of major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and JD Edwards.
-A consolidation system such as HFM and SAP plus
-Microsoft excel, office, power point etc.
•Command of English
-Reads and writes of business e-mails
-Conversation with finance team members in APAC region
