【業務内容】
1. 車両開発プロジェクトマネージメント
‐　プランニング計画終了後の実行フェーズ を担当
‐　開発、生産準備、発売開始まで 求められる必要要綱に基づきスケジュール策定と管理、品質管理、コスト達成に責任を持ちます。
‐　プロジェクトの全体リスク管理、問題が発生した場合の対策策定および実行

2. 報告
‐　社内決定機関（PSC, A-PC, CMM)へのレポート準備と報告
‐　プロジェクト内での報告準備をリード

[Job Description]
1. Vehicle Development Project Management
- Responsible for the execution phase following the completion of planning.
- Take charge of scheduling, quality management, and cost achievement based on required specifications from development and production preparation to market launch.
- Oversee overall project risk management, devising and implementing countermeasures for any issues that arise.

2. Reporting
- Prepare and present reports to internal decision-making committe (PSC, A-PC, CMM).
- Lead the preparation of reports within the project team.

This role provides the opportunity to work as part of the light duty truck development project team, a growing business area, in collaboration with various related departments such as RD, Production,
QM, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service and Finance.
By accumulating experience and achievements, you will acquire specialized skills as a Project Leader.
Depending on your experience, the number, scale, and responsibilities of the projects you handle will vary.

三菱ふそう小型トラック商品開発プロジェクトリード
- 小型トラックの新製品プロジェクトをリード，管理する
- プロジェクトのマーケット要望、品質、技術要望，コスト，SoPタイミングを達成する
- CVDS (商品開発システム）プロセス、定義に従い、クロスファンクショナルな課題の調整、牽引、解決する

小型トラック商品プロジェクト部は4つのチームで構成されており、大きくはディーゼル小型トラック担当チームが３つ、eCanter 担当チームが1つとなっている。全体で約20名程が在籍している。
今回募集しているディーゼル小型トラックチームは全部で3名（30代～50代）の正社員、派遣社員が活躍している。

Leading Light Duty Truck (LDT) product development projects at Mitsubishi Fuso.
- Lead and responsible LDT product project cross functional teams
- Achieve FUSO customer request quality, technical, functional, commercial and timeline targets for the respective projects
- Lead and coordinate all project related cross-functional issues in FUSO matrix organization according to CVDS roles and responsibilities
Department consists of 4 teams, with 3 teams primarily responsible for diesel light duty trucks for Japan and
International markets and 1 team dedicated to the eCanter.
The department has approximately 20 members in total.
This time hiring team comprises three members (age in 30s to 50s), with permanent employees and contract staff actively contributing to the team.

・トラック開発，車両構成，車両統制の知識をお持ちの方は歓迎です
・日本語：ビジネスレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル

Excellent academic degree (Engineering, Business Administration or similar)
Working experience in Project Management ; Knowledge in truck development, architecture and integration
Japanese: Business level, English: Business level
