Purpose:
1. Pioneer breakthroughs in healthcare for everyone, everwhere in LS(Laboratory Solutions), becoming trusted parther for customers
2.Becoming Market leader in LS business segment inJapan
3. Materialize lne of the best commecial excellence business operation across the industries
Role Description:
1. Deep analysis for business actual and forecast at micro individual account level (end-user level) as well as macro level (e.g. market trend, share)
2. Identify the opportunities to make improvement for both business strategies and execution model, inc. PDCA, HPS(Healthineers Performance System), SWOT.
3. Not only analyze the data but also discuss the solution with LS leadership team to participate business decision and leading the team.
4. Planning including MTA and MBR, product conversion, sales forecast
5. Contribute to improve commecial excellence such as product conversion, CRM excellence, S&OP, Hoshin Kanri, Sales incentive, Sales program.
6. Collaborate with Marketing team closely to develop key marketing framework such as Market map, segmentation, positioning etc, and collaborately develop BA plan and short/long team marketing/execution plan and business case from data analytic perspectives.
7. Execute the business plan with the analysis and acheive the target.
8. Drive commercial KPIs by working with sales organization and acheive the target based on deep account level analysis.
9. Lead DX/LS wide initiatives and DX/LS strategic project and ensure make them successful.
10. Work closely and collaborate with cross-functionally (DX, Japan Healthineers, LS HQ, Global Biz excellence team etc.)
11.・Ensure achievement of targets & implementation of countermeasures, evolve LS to the most attactive, leaned, and effective organization.

Required Experience
1. 10 years work experience in healthcare industry preferably in IVD:
2. At least 5 years experience in managing level.:
3. Stakeholder management in English / Japanese
4. Project lead experiences cross functionally
5 Business operation improvemet lead

1. Overall IVD industry knowledge / competitive player and products : High
2. Hospital operation knowledge (capital installration/ reagent ordering cycle) : High
3.Customer buying process for both critical care unit / core lab capital instrument : High
4. Reimbursement basic knowledge: High
5. Supply chain process (Forecas and actual, inventory manangment) : High
6. Rebate process to drive sales promotion: High
7 .Knowledge of distributor knowledge for pharmaceautical & medical : High
8. 10 years work experience in healthcare industry preferably in IVD: High
9. At least 5 years experience in managing level.: High
10. SHS Selling process and operation for effecient business conversion: High
