【Objectives of the Position 】
・Establish and optimize an Inside Sales function by leveraging customer databases, external promoters, and area sales teams to generate and convert leads.
・Support lead generation and conversion activities, driving sales from initial contact to closing.
・Optimize sales activities using events and key customer networks to create and nurture leads, ensuring effective customer acquisition.
・Create connected offers by integrating product lines and digital solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
・Analyze and streamline internal business processes, utilizing digital solutions to drive continuous optimization and efficiency improvements.

【Main Tasks】
■Inside Sales & Lead Generation
•Establish and manage an Inside Sales function, utilizing customer databases and external resources (e.g., promoters, area sales) to identify and qualify leads.
•Drive lead generation activities, working with external promoters and internal teams to expand the pipeline.
•Support the conversion of leads from initial engagement through to deal closure by collaborating with sales teams and utilizing CRM tools.
•Ensure that Inside Sales activities align with broader sales strategies, and actively contribute to the generation of qualified leads and sales opportunities.
•Monitor and analyze the sales pipeline, providing feedback to improve lead generation and conversion processes.

■Sales Optimization through Events & Networking
•Optimize sales efforts by leveraging key customer events and networking opportunities to generate high-quality leads.
•Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure that key customer networks are effectively utilized to drive sales activities.
•Develop strategies for engaging target customers through events, webinars, and other outreach activities, aimed at generating both short-term and long-term sales opportunities.
•Build strong relationships with key customers, enabling a more personalized and effective sales process that maximizes customer acquisition.

■Connected Offers & Digital Integration
•Design and implement connected offers that combine products and digital solutions, offering greater value to customers and enhancing overall sales effectiveness.
•Work closely with product and digital teams to create compelling, integrated offerings that improve customer engagement and generate new revenue streams.
•Use digital solutions to automate and optimize sales processes, reducing friction and ensuring a smooth customer journey from lead to purchase.

■Business Process Management (BPM)
•Identify and analyze internal business processes related to not only sales and marketing, but also forecasting, manufacturing, etc. and work to streamline and optimize them.
•Leverage digital solutions, such as CRM systems and automation tools, to improve sales workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce manual tasks.
•Continuously assess and refine business processes, ensuring that the team operates in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
•Provide recommendations for improving business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.

■Collaboration with Key Stakeholders
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and sales, to align on lead generation and sales strategies.
•Engage with external partners, including promoters and area sales teams, to ensure alignment on sales targets and opportunities.
•Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement across the sales and marketing teams, driving mutual support for achieving sales objectives.

【Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position】
■Education: University degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
■Language: Professional level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
■Experience: At least 5 years of experience in consulting, sales, inside sales, or business process management, preferably with experience in the digital or B2B sector.
■Skills and Knowledge:
・Strong understanding of inside sales processes and lead generation strategies.
・Experience with CRM tools, customer databases, and digital sales platforms.
・Expertise in business process management and optimizing workflows through digital tools.
・Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners to drive sales success.
・Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve sales processes and performance.
