■仕事の概要:
Sales Enablement Specialistは新規ポジションで、グローバル営業戦略の日本への落とし込みや、セールスの研修を担っていただきます。
■Responsibilities:
1. Sales Skills Development
Equip Japan’s sales team with the soft skills and sales methodologies required for enterprise selling, including implementing the Challenger sales method.
Provide training in essential skills: business communication, enterprise sales strategies, business acumen, value expression, relationship building, storytelling, and opportunity and account management.
Focus on enhancing sellers' capabilities in influencing stakeholders, leading customer relationships, and developing solutions that convey value beyond technical features.
2. Localization of Global Enablement Resources
Customize global enablement materials for Japan-specific products, customer personas, pricing, and competitive positioning.
Leverage global content, such as product launch BOMs, sales tools, and skills development resources, to meet Japan’s unique market requirements.
Work closely with global enablement and marketing to align branding, positioning, and differentiation with the needs of Japanese customers and partners.
3. Product & Partner Enablement
Collaborate with the team’s Seminar Coordinator to prepare the sales team for meaningful engagement, relationship-building, and eective selling around seminars, webinars, and events.
Support the Japan team in utilizing or adapting partner and field communication tools, including Hot Wire and Live Wire, to ensure a clear, relevant, and consistent message between global and Japan enablement.
Assist in building Japan-specific training materials for our sales enablement and partner portals, ensuring accessibility and clarity for the Japan sales team and partners.
4. Ongoing Collaboration & Communication
Partner closely with the Vice President, Sales Japan to understand and prioritize local needs and ensure alignment with Japan’s business objectives.
Maintain open lines of communication with the Director of Sales Enablement and global enablement teams, ensuring that Japan’s requirements are met within the broader enablement framework.
Serve as the main point of contact for enablement activities in Japan, regularly updating stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Native fluency in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing)and business/conversational fluency in English, enabling eective communication across cultural and linguistic contexts.
Sales Enablement Expertise:
3–5 years of demonstrable experience in sales enablement, including designing and delivering training programs that upskill sales teams for enterprise-level selling.
Prior experience localizing enablement strategies for regional markets is highly valued.
Enthusiasm & Dynamism:
Demonstrated ability to bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive dynamic to training and communication. Able to inspire and motivate sales teams through engaging content delivery and a vibrant presence, ensuring active participation and retention.
