• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze compensation data.
• Respond and manage upcoming C&B project.
• Develop and update compensation and benefits policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Stay abreast of relevant legislative and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, bonus calculations and incentive programs.
• Manage and update compensation and benefits information.
• Partner with vendor companies to ensure best practices and compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

• Excellent knowledge of compensation systems and best practices
• 7+ years of experience in compensation, benefits or salary management
• Project management experience is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of compensation systems and best practices
• Fluent in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and conversation)
