•Supervise the team's work as a leader of AR, AP, GL/FA, and temporary workers to ensure that routine day-to-day accounting operations are at the level required of a listed company
•Create journal entries (including creating supporting materials) and review
•Maintain and review the fixed asset ledger
•Conduct a review of monthly financial figures, and if there are any abnormal changes or decreases, catch errors in a timely manner and correct them as a team.
•Communicate with the logistics department to ensure that the purchase cost of goods is calculated appropriately
•Understand costing and handle month-end inventory prices and monthly cost amounts appropriately
•Supporting controllers for additional work
•Recognize the challenges of current accounting systems and processes, and take voluntary and proactive action to solve them
•Understand and operate internal controls in the accounting and accounting departments
•Able to judge the correctness of the accounting of routine work by oneself and report to the supervisor after the fact
•Even when a problem arises that cannot be determined, consult with your supervisor in a timely manner with a solution after thinking about it yourself

Experience/Skills/Knowledge
(Essential)
•Understanding of the level of accounting treatment and accounting standards required of a listed company (As a guide, accounting knowledge of Nissho Bookkeeping Level 1 or higher)
•4-5 years of work experience as an accounting manager
•At least 3 years of financial accounting or auditing experience at a publicly traded company
•Communication skills: As a leader, you can communicate smoothly within a team and between departments
•University degree or higher

•Certified Public Accountant, USCPA
