【職務概要】
ITパートナーとして、同社の戦略目標をサポートする IT プロジェクトの管理と実行の管理をお任せします。IT パートナーは、グローバル IT 部門と他の事業部門との主な橋渡しとなり、テクノロジー ソリューションを日本のビジネスシーンに落とし込んでいただきます。このポジションには、技術的な専門知識、プロジェクト管理スキル、強力なビジネス コンピテンシー、コンプライアンスへの取り組み、およびグローバル IT の方針と現場の整合性照合が求められます。このポジションでは、日本国内の他の拠点への出張が必要になる場合があります。

The IT Partner (Manager) will be critical in managing and delivering IT projects that support EFMW Japan’s strategic goals. He/She will act as the primary liaison between the Global IT department and other business units, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business needs. This role requires technical expertise, project management skills, strong business competencies, a commitment to compliance, and a global IT alignment. This position may need occasional travel to our other locations in Japan.

【業務役割】
1.
ステークホルダー・マネジメント
・IT部門とビジネス部門との間の主要な窓口となる。
・ビジネス要件を理解し、技術仕様に変換する。
・プロジェクトのステータス、リスク、問題を明確かつタイムリーにステークホルダーに伝える。

・ビジネスリーダーと強い関係を築き、ITプロジェクトがビジネス目標に合致するようにする。

2.プロジェクト管理
・複数のITプロジェクトを主導し、開始から完了まで管理し、プロジェクトが期限内、範囲内、予算内に納品されるようにする。
・タイムライン、マイルストーン、リソース割り当てを含む詳細なプロジェクト計画を作成する。
・プロジェクトの進捗状況を監視し、リスクを特定し、緩和策を実施する。
・キックオフ、ステータスアップデート、ポストモルテンムを含むプロジェクトミーティングのファシリテート
・プロジェクトマネジメントの標準と方法論を確実に遵守する。

3.グローバルITの調整
・ローカルITプロジェクトとグローバルIT戦略および標準との整合性を確保する。
・グローバルITチームと調整し、システムとプロセスの一貫性と統合を確保する。

4.コンプライアンス関連
・すべてのITプロジェクトが関連する規制要件および社内ポリシーに準拠していることを確認する。
・定期的な監査とレビューを実施し、コンプライアンス基準の遵守を確認する。
・法務・コンプライアンスチームと協力し、問題やリスクに対処する。
・グローバルITイニシアチブのローカルレベルでの採用を促進する。

5.技術的専門知識
・プロジェクトチームに技術的な指導とサポートを提供する。
・ビジネスニーズを満たす技術ソリューションを評価し、推奨する。
・業界のトレンドや新しい技術に常にアンテナを張る。

6.リソース管理：
・プロジェクト実行のために社内外のリソースを調整し、割り当てる。
・コスト見積もり、追跡、報告を含むプロジェクト予算の管理。
・開発者、アナリスト、ベンダーを含むプロジェクトチームメンバーの仕事を監督する。

7.プロセス改善
・プロセス改善の機会を特定し、プロジェクト管理のベストプラクティスを実施する。
・プロジェクト憲章、リスクログ、変更要求などのプロジェクト文書を作成し、維持する。
・将来のプロジェクトデリバリーを強化するために、プロジェクト評価と教訓セッションを実施する。

Key Responsibilities:
1.Stakeholder Management:
・Act as the primary point of contact between IT and business units.
・Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
・Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
・Foster strong relationships with business leaders to ensure IT projects align with business objectives.

2.Project Management:
・Lead and manage multiple IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
・Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
・Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
・Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-mortems.
・Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.

3.Global IT Alignment:
・Ensure alignment of local IT projects with the global IT strategy and standards.
・Coordinate with global IT teams to ensure consistency and integration of systems and processes.

4.Compliance:
・Ensure all IT projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
・Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
・Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any issues or risks.
・Facilitate the adoption of global IT initiatives at the local level.

5.Technical Expertise:
・Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
・Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that meet business needs.
・Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

6.Resource Management:
・Coordinate and allocate internal and external resources for project execution.
・Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
・Oversee the work of project team members, including developers, analysts, and vendors.

7.Process Improvement:
・Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
・Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, risk logs, and change requests.
・Conduct project evaluations and lessons-learned sessions to enhance future project delivery.

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, 年末年始

【必須】
・ITプロジェクトマネジメントまたは関連業務における5年以上の経験。
・複雑なITプロジェクトを管理し、結果を出した実績のある方。
・ERPまたは生産現場での経験があれば尚可
・英語力（社内会議が可能なレベル）
