■Key Responsibilities
・Lead and support a broad range of legal and compliance matters, including government contracts, antitrust, marketing and promotions, intellectual property, trade compliance, and anti-corruption.
・Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements with vendors, partners and customers.
・Lead a robust compliance culture across diverse businesses and provide guidance/improve processes on regulations surrounding the businesses.

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日

■ Required Qualifications
・Bachelor’s degree and Japanese bar qualification.
・8+ years of relevant legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department with a strong commercial focus, preferably including substantial experience supporting multinational companies.
