知能化された自動運転・運転支援システムを実現するシステム設計

■職務内容
他部門や開発パートナー、研究機関などと国内外問わず協業し、自動運転・運転支援システムにおける下記業務をお任せします。国内、海外問わず現地での評価、開発なども行って頂きます。また、外部との渉外活動を行って頂きます。

具体的な業務内容：
・商品企画、完成車要求に対するシステムの性能目標・要求仕様の決定
・実現するためのシステム全体設計、機能の設計と検証
・他システムへの要求内容の決定と整合
・機能安全に代表される安全設計

・主要ツール：Matlab, Simulink
・シミュレーション環境：CarMaker, Carla等
・言語：C、C++、Python, SysML, UML
・OS：QNX、Linux

Team’s Mission / Responsibilities
System design to realize intelligent autonomous driving and driver assistance systems.

Job description
You will collaborate with various departments, development partners, and research institutions both domestically and internationally to work on the following tasks related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. You will also be involved in on-site evaluations and development both domestically and internationally, as well as external liaison activities.

Specific job responsibilities:

Determination of system performance targets and requirement specifications based on product planning and complete vehicle requirements.
Overall system design, function design, and verification to achieve the above.
Determination and alignment of requirements for other systems.
Safety design, with a focus on functional safety.
Development tools:

Primary tools: Matlab, Simulink
Simulation environments: CarMaker, Carla, etc.
Languages: C, C++, Python, SysML, UML
OS: QNX, Linux

Experience and skills gained through this role
Experience in commercializing autonomous driving and advanced driver-assistance systems that directly enhance user experience and product appeal.
Proven ability to design complex, large-scale systems.

・複数のH/W及びS/Wで構成されるシステムでの開発・設計の実務経験

■尚可
・自動運転、安全運転支援システムに関する知識・開発経験
・安全設計、機能安全(ISO26262)に関する業務経験
・数十人規模のプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
・システムズエンジニアリングの知識・経験

■語学
ビジネスレベルの英語力

Required skills / experience
Practical experience in developing and designing systems composed of multiple hardware and software components.

Preferred skills / experience
Knowledge and development experience related to autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems.
Experience in safety design and functional safety (ISO 26262).
Experience in project management for teams of several dozen people.
Knowledge and experience in systems engineering.

Language Skills
Business-level English
