【Responsibilities】
As an IT Senior Manager, you will manage the team and play the role of business partner for the internal stakeholders.
・　Build trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and understand the needs of business units; bridge the gap between IT memebers and the business sector.
・　Act as an IT project manager for internal and external projects; take responsibility for the successful implementation of the system
・　Create system roadmaps and cost models as well as implementation plans for the business units
・　Budget management
・　External vendor management
・　IT service management (SLA management)

WMS system architecture (including requirements definition, detailed design, system development, SIT/UAT, training, pre- and post-cutover support) within a new client warehouse start-up project. The system development part will be handled by a global offshore team and you will be responsible for coordinating different teams and managing the system development progress.

Requirements

物流システム（WMS）導入経験（またはSAPなどのサプライチェーンシステム）
プロジェクトマネージメント（PMBOK）
システム構築の上流工程リードまたはコンサルティング経験
ステークホルダーマネージメント（特に上席クラスとのコミュニケーション経験）
英語でのグローバルコミュニケーション

・　Logistics system (WMS) implementation experience (or other supply chain system such as SAP)
・　Project management (PMBOK)
・　Experience in leading or consulting for the upstream process of system implementation
・　Stakeholder management (especially communication with senior management level)
・　Proficient in both Japanese and Engish is required
