・Human Resources transformation role with a strong focus on HR to Time and Payroll Integrations
・Liaison with local HR team, Regional/Global stakeholder to drive the implementation initiative with external vendors.
・Responsible for end-to-end processes, collection, assessment,documentation, and standardization of existing processes.
・Contribute towards change management.
・Ensure processes, policies and approaches are regularly refreshed in accordance with new policies or law and regulation changes.
・Continuously look for opportunities to improve, utilizing skills in HR process re-engineering and business change management.
・Maintain HRIS systems and provide reporting with regional HR and finance team.
・This role will be within Japan C&B team as an individual contributor.

・ビジネスレベルの英語力/ネイティブレベルの日本語力
・給与社保関連の3年以上のご経験
・ＨＲＩＳの導入、運用のリード経験
