Provide financial support to the management in decision making,
ensuring adequate budgeting and expense control, conducting
business and financial analysis and preparing reports for the company
management / staff and headquarters.

Controlling & Reporting
Budget / Forecast Preparation
Budget Monitoring / Monthly closing

Education:
University graduate
MBA/CPA is a plus

5 or more years experience in financial planning &　business analysis in multinational company.
Knowledge
in retail / fashion or FMCG is preferable.
- Strong analytical with a pro-active and problemsolving
attitude
- Strong PC skills (Excel, Power point)
- Experience in BI tools is a plus
- Very good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to develop good work relationship with all other departments
- Positive mindset, proactive, agile, self-motivated and team oriented
- High attention to details as well as ability to draw a big picture
- Proficiency to tell the qualitative story behind the numbers by analyzing the data and preparing　insightful visualizations
- Ability to work under pressure and concurrently manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects
Proficiency in both written and spoken Business level English, Business level in both written and spoken Japanese (at least JLPT Level 1), Both Japanese and Non-Japanese welcome
