- Develop and leverage strong business relationships with Japan key accounts for long term growth.
- Deliver volume, revenue and share in assigned accounts aligned with annual business plan
- Identify, map out and build network with direct customers and indirect customers to support global spec-in at Japanese tier 1s and OEMs.
- Leverage Japan local route to market to monitor, identify attractive opportunities. Further develop end user contact to grow sales beyond current customer base.
- Day to day management of customer relationships in accordance with the terms & conditions and seek to develop mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Complete ownership of all your customer contracts, ensuring full contract value delivery.
- Aware of all aspects of your customer relationship and defines connections to increase customer intimacy.
- Develop and strengthen strategic customer relationships to help enable growth target.
- Work with integrated team to improve forecast accuracy and supply chain service.
- Support technical service team on offer configuration and quality improvement.
- Support strategic business development team by gathering market intelligence, supply demand changes, routes to market, competition market pricing and movement in overall market dynamics.
