1. MEMSプローブカードで使うロジウムプローブチップの開発のための実験を設計・実施し、量産化を推進
2. 各種計測機器や評価技術を使って製造プロセスの問題を見つけて解決策を出す。
3. パフォーマンスやコスト、効率を向上させるために、既存のロジウムめっきプロセスを維持・改善
4. 電気めっきの手順書や作業マニュアルを作成し、現場スタッフの教育指導。
5. 量産用の電気めっき装置のトラブルシューティングや日常の運用・保守を担当。

1. Designing and conducting experiments to develop the microfabrication of rhodium probe tips used in MEMS probe cards. Responsible for the introduction of mass production.
2. Identifying and troubleshooting fabrication process issues by employing various metrology tools and characterization techniques.
3. Maintaining and improving established rhodium plating processes in terms of performance, yield, cost, efficiency, etc.
4. Writing electroplating process specifications, SOPs, relevant management documents. Training operators.
5. Responsible for the troubleshooting, acceptance, day-to-day operation and maintenance of mass production electroplating equipment.

1. 電気めっきのプロセスに精通していること。めっき液の濃度を監視し、品質基準を満たすためにパラメータや成分を調整する能力。
2. 材料科学の基本をしっかり理解していること。プロフィロメトリやXPS、XRD、SEM、EDXなどの計測機器の使用経験。
3. MEMSや半導体デバイスの製造と材料特性について深い知識があること。特にロジウムめっきやMEMSプローブの製造経験があると優遇。
4. 独立して問題を解決する能力。故障解析を使って問題を診断し、解決策を提案する経験。
5. 優れたコミュニケーション能力、チームで働くことができること。細かい点に注意を払い、自発的に動き、情報を収集・分析・要約して技術報告書や仕様書を作成する能力。


1.Familiarity with electroplating processes. Monitoring plating solution concentration and adjusting plating parameters and plating solution components to ensure plating quality meets standards.
2.Strong foundation in materials science principles. Experience with metrology tools including profilometry, surface and bulk analytical methods relevant to thin film characterisation (e.g. XPS, XRD, SEM, EDX).
3.In-depth knowledge of MEMS and semiconductor device microfabrication and material properties. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in rhodium plating and MEMS probe fabrication.
4.Strong and independent problem solving skills. Experience in diagnosing problems using failure analysis techniques and recommending solutions.
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivation, attention to detail, ability to prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, as well as writing technical specifications.
