■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, GW, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

【Job Requirements (minimum requirement to carry out the work)】

1.Education and Experience:
・Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of experience in planning, material management, or a supply chain-related field. Regional and/or global experiences are highly valued

2.Interpersonal Skills and Collaboration:
・Strong interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative attitude for effective collaboration with cross-functional, regional, and global teams
・Openness, continuous learning, and a collaborative mindset to foster teamwork
・Fluent in the local language and English to facilitate effective communication in diverse environments.

3.Adaptability and Efficiency:
・Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
・Demonstrated confidence in managing complex projects within supply chain management, including strategy, operations, and organizational aspects

4.Systems and Certifications:
・Working knowledge of SAP planning module or other ERP systems is required
・Holding an APICS certification would be considered an advantage
