Job Description
As a Product Engineer, you are a critical member of our production organization.
You will work to improve efficiency, safety , and quality of our plant operations and help us maximize value for our customers. You will use your technical skills and make decisions through the statistical process control (SPC) knowledge and practice Be a problem solver for our manufacturing processes to achieve optimal performance, meet production goals, and ensure safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Apply most effective process technology to improve our plant operations. Deep understanding of liquid chemical batch process equipment and control.
-Collaborate with the plant personnel to achieve business and plant specific goals.
-Apply SPC knowledge and practice in making data driven decisions to improve plant operations and product quality
-First line defense to out of control of processes and equipment, ad root cause investigation and corrective/preventive actions.
-Ensure data and operation integrity within system s; like ERP, Lab and Process IMS, and operating procedures
-Monitor production performance metrics and take appropriate action to improve them.
-Implement and initiate changes to ensure safe and efficient operations.
-Participate in plant wide team activities and contribute to cultural changes.
-Network with subject matter experts located at our global foot print to leverage knowledge and best practices.

【必須】
・理系（化学系歓迎）のバックグラウンド
・製造工程設計、設備導入、生産管理、材料開発のいずれかの経験

【歓迎】
・英語でコミュニケーションが取れる方
・ISO9001、ISO14001に関する知見

■職種未経験者：不可
