Position: Operation Leader
Reports To: Production Leader

Job Description
As an Operation Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and profitability of our operations. You will lead a team of direct reports, including front line leaders, operators, and
contractors, to champion safety initiatives , drive operational excellence, and build a culture of accountability and responsibility. You will also work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help ensure that our operations are aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
・Champion to maintain a culture of safety among employees. Drives PSM compliance in the facility where handling flammable liquid and classed as High Hazard Process
・Keep active field presence to assess work process and activities , maintain awareness to how we can realize customer needs to quality.
・Lead and manage a team of approximately 30 direct reports, including front line leaders, operators, and contractors, and be responsible for work shift planning and staffing to meet current and future capability needs.
・Coach and develop front line leaders, operators, and early career engineers to be effective in their roles and promote a culture of accountability and responsibility.
・Enhance the culture of appreciation and CARE
・Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead the way in implementing changes to improve capacity, operational effectiveness and profitability.
・Assume full accountability and responsibility for Operational Excellence implementation within the area and overall value stream.
・Communicate performance goals and metrics for the operation team to track progress and ensure alignment on priorities from business objectives.

【必須】
・理系（化学系・機械系を歓迎）のバックグラウンド
・製造業または化学業界にて8年以上の経験
・リーダーシップ

【歓迎】
・シフト勤務工場でのマネジメント経験
・ISO9001、ISO14001に関する知見
・TOEIC700点程度の英語力
