BD manager will lead the Asia/Japan business development activities for CSB’s
portfolio companies.
• Manage POC of the potential projects and develop local strategies including finding
appropriate local partners the strategy
• Support local launch of their business including collaboration with local partners
• Support the company’s investment activities (DD support from business viewpoints).
• Contribute to one of our pipeline company's business expansion in Japan, Human Phenotyping Project to build a long-term health-related database platform which is a core value of the CSB ecosystem.
- Serve as a project manager to manage each stakeholders and timeline and lead establishing stable operational model for the company
- Serve as an Alliance Manager of the company to manage the relationship with partnering companies

• Education: Bachelor’s degree; MBA or business-related degree is plus
• >5 years of experience of business strategy development and execution and team management. Strong project management skills to organize action steps and facilitate the execution by engaging stakeholders are required.
• Experience in healthcare industry is plus.
• Language: Proficient in both Japanese and English.
