＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞
グローバルブランド戦略チームは、世界各国のINFINITIチームと協力し、『INFINITI』を強固で一貫性のあるブランドとして構築する役割を担っています。ブランド戦略は、INFINITIの名を冠する製品や搭載されるテクノロジーの指針となるほか、マーケティングやカスタマーエクスペリエンス、ディーラー、そして製品を通じて外部に発信するメッセージ全般にも適用される重要なガイドラインです。

1. ブランド定義
INFINITIブランドを定義し、その定義を一貫性が保たれるように維持させる。INFINITIブランド戦略を策定し、主要なブランド・プルーフ・ポイント、特徴的な機能やタッチポイントを関連部署とともに開発する。

2. ブランド展開
INFINITIブランドの定義をグローバル機能部署/各地域全体に浸透させ、その効果的な理解と実行を確保する。
効果的なブランドガバナンスを確保し、カスタマージャーニー全体におけるブランドコンプライアンスと、コミュニケーションにおける一貫性（時間、タッチポイント、地域）を確保する。

3. 社内展開
全従業員（社内、ディーラー、サプライヤー）がブランドを完全に理解し、採用できるよう、社内に展開する。
社内コミュニケーションのロードマップを作成する。
従業員に情報を提供し、積極的に関与させるためのトレーニングの実施（各部門および地域（例えば米州）向け）
社内エンゲージメント活動の管理（トレーニングセッションやイベントの実施など）
関連する予算管理

4. コミュニケーション
マーケティング・コミュニケーション・チームと連携し、マーケティング・プラットフォーム、製品、ブランド概要の策定をサポートする。
ブランドビジュアルアイデンティティを監督し、すべてのタッチポイントにおける一貫した実施を管理する。
グローバルなクリエイティブ、メディア、ソーシャル、体験、イベントエージェンシーとの協力・連携

The Global Brand Strategy team is responsible for working with INFINITI teams around the world to build INFINITI into a strong and consistent brand.
The brand strategy is an important guideline that guides the products that bear the INFINITI name, the technology they incorporate, and the overall message that is communicated externally through marketing, the customer experience, dealers, and products.

1. Brand definition
Define the INFINITI Brand and act as brand guardian to ensure brand definition longevity
Develop the INFINITI Brand strategy and develop key brand proof points and signature features and moments with relevant functions

2. Brand deployment
Cascade the INFINITI Brand definition across global upstream/downstream functions/regions and ensure its effective understanding and implementation
Ensure effective Brand Governance to ensure brand compliance across the customer journey and consistency in communications (over time, touchpoints, regions)

3. Internal deployment
Deploy the brand internally to ensure full understanding and adoption by all employees (internal, dealers, suppliers)
Develop a roadmap of internal communication
Conduct training to inform and actively engage employees (for global functions and regions (example Americas))
Manage the internal engagement activities (e.g. deliver training sessions, events)
Manage associated budget

4. Communications
Support the development of the marketing platform, product and brand briefs in conjunction with the Marketing Communication team
Oversee the Brand Visual Identity and govern its consistent implementation across all touchpoints
Collaborate and work with global creative, media, social, experiential and event agencies

-3-5年の以下関連業務経験
　-ブランド・マネジメント （または効果的なブランド・マネジメントの原則を強く理解していること）
　-マーケティング／コミュニケーション／カスタマー・エクスペリエンス
-部門横断的業務における高い実績とこのような仕事に対するモチベーション
-強い影響力、交渉力、コミュニケーションスキル
-英語が堪能で、国際的な大企業での勤務経験があること。

3-5 years of relevant experience in:
Brand Management (or demonstrate strong understanding of principles of effective brand management)
Marketing / Communications / Customer Experience
Strong track record in cross-functional working and motivation
Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
English language fluency and experience working for large international organizations
