【業務内容】
風力発電所の開発における、調査・設計・建設管理および運営管理に関する土木業務

【具体的には】
陸上風力プロジェクト（必須）に関する下記業務
（陸上風力プロジェクトが主業務となるが、洋上風力プロジェクトについては、適宜相談）

・ 風力プロジェクト開発に関わる土木技術検討全般
・ 開発チームの技術支援
・ BOP 競争入札における土木関連工事のRFP 作成、BOP 業者の技術評価、コスト評価、契約交渉等
・ BOP 詳細設計業務における設計管理
・ BOP 工事における施工計画書の技術評価、費用査定評価
・ 工事計画届出書の作成・提出（ClassNK 認証を含む）
・ 土木工事のコスト削減検討（新技術、分割発注等の契約方式の創意工夫）
・ 風車メーカーへのRFP 作成（土木パート）、成果物の技術評価、契約交渉（技術パート中心）等
・ 風車メーカー選定後の仕様・設計協議、BOP とのインターフェース協議
・ プロジェクトマネージャーの補佐
・ ローン契約（資金調達）のサポート
・ 社内チーム（東京）及び本社（アメリカ）とのコミュニケーション

【Job description summary】
The following tasks related to onshore wind projects

・ Civil engineering work associated with wind project development
・ Support for development team
・ RFP preparation, technical reviewing of deliverables and contract negotiations for civil work in terms of BOP competitive bidding
・ Design management of BOP detailed design
・ Technical reviewing of construction methodology and cost evaluation for BOP civil work
・ Preparation and submission of METI construction plan including Class NK certification
・ Cost reduction study for civil work considering new technologies and contract type selection
・ RFP preparation (civil engineering), technical reviewing of deliverables and contract negotiations with turbine supplier
・ Engineering discussions and interface management between BOP contractor and turbine supplier
・ Support for project manager
・ Support for financing
・ Communication with internal team (Tokyo) and head office

【応募資格】
・ 陸上風力プロジェクトの開発と建設における土木実務経験
・ リーダーシップスキル、優れたソリューション力
【歓迎】
・ 工学の修士号
・ 土木設計、建設現場管理、積算の経験
・ 土木施工管理技士もしくは技術士に関する資格
・ 英語力（現時点で十分な英語力がなくとも、業務を通じて英語力を身につける意欲のある方は歓迎。社内にはバイリンガルのスタッフがおり、バックアップ体制あり）。
・ IT スキル（ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント等を使った資料作成スキル、CAD）

・ Work experience in civil engineering work through onshore wind project development and construction
・ Leadership skills, excellent solution ability

【Welcome】
・ Master’s degree in civil engineering
・ Work experience in civil design, construction management and cost estimation
・ Qualification related to Japanese civil construction management engineer and/or Japanese professional engineer
・ English proficiency (Even if you do not have sufficient English proficiency at the moment,we welcome those who are willing to acquire English proficiency through work. We have bilingual staff in the company and a backup system).
・ IT skill (MS word, excel, power point and MS-project, auto-cad)
