本ポジションは、サイトEHSプログラムおよびMPM内部EHS管理システムの実施と維持を指揮します。 MPMのEHSパフォーマンス目標を達成するためのリーダーシップと技術的専門知識を提供し、サイト内の全関連マネージャーおよび従業員との連携を通じて、現地の規制・要件およびEHSポリシーへのコンプライアンスを確保します。

■業務内容
グローバル/COEチームと協力し、事業所におけるEHSの改善に取り組む。現地規制と自社のEHS要求事項の確認を行い、サイトにおけるEHSプログラムの実施をリード/サポートする。
施設プロセス、安全衛生、従業員の行動を調査し、サイト内の調査やチェックを手配、実施する。
定期的に工場点検を実施し、ギャップを特定し、改善計画を実施する。
EHSパフォーマンス改善、調整、モニタリングプランの維持、フォローアップ、新規規制のチェック、環境・廃棄物管理、安全指標の確認。
現場における環境・安全などその他のEHSイニシアティブに参加する。
自社のEHS方針をサポートするEHS管理システムの導入と維持。内部監査、外部監査をリードし、フォローアップを行う。
EHS要求事項を現場に浸透させるため、現場の要素所有者をサポートする。
個人被ばく低減のために現場をリードし、サポートする。
適切な評価指標を特定・追跡し、サイトのパフォーマンスを評価するために、サイトを指導する。
サイトトレーニングシステムの調整と維持
環境・衛生・安全（EHS）コンプライアンスに関する要件や手順について従業員を教育する。
リーダーシップと能力開発
地域/グローバルEHSとサイト間のインターフェースとしての役割
EHSサイト・プロジェクトの調整と実施

■Summary:
The Site EHS Specialist directs the implementation and maintenance of site EHS programs, and MPM internal EHS management system. The position provides leadership and technical expertise to meet MPM EHS performance objectives and ensures compliance with local regulations & requirements, and EHS polices through partnership with all related managers and employees at the site. The Ohta Site Leader and Japan EHS Leader will ensure application of EHS technical expertise as appropriate.

■Operational EHS Management
・Co-work with global/COE team for site Operational EHS improvement. Cascade requirement of local regulation and our company EHS requirement and lead/support implementation of EHS programs in site.
・Arrange and conduct survey and check in site, looking into facility process, health and safety as well as employee behaviors.
・Conduct regular plant tour to identify the gaps and implementation of improvement plan.
・Lead, coordinate participate in EHS performance improvement initiatives, maintain and follow up monitoring plan and other EHS routine tasks like new regulation check, environmental & waste management etc of data maintenance and safety metrics.
・Participate to other EHS initiatives such as environment and safety in site.
Auditing & Management Systems

・Implement and maintain EHS management systems in support of the our company EHS policies. ・Lead both internal and external audit and follow up.
・Support site element owners to penetrate EHS requirement to the site
・Lead and support site for personal exposure reduction.
・Provide guidance to site in identifying and tracking appropriate metrics and assessing site performance.

■Training
・Coordinate and maintain site training system
・Train associates on requirements and procedures for EHS compliance
・Leadership & Capability Building
・Act as an interface between regional/global EHS & site
・Coordinate and implement EHS site projects

・工学、化学、環境科学の理学士号以上、または同等の経歴や経験の組み合わせ。
・優れた対人スキルを有し、組織のあらゆるレベルと効果的に協働できる方。
・情熱、学習意欲があり、チャレンジ精神旺盛な方。
(・会話レベルの英語による口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力を有すること。)

・BS degree+ in engineering, chemistry, environmental science or equivalent combination of backgrounds or experience.
・Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
・Have passion, willing to learn, and to take challenges.
(・Have conversational level oral and written communication skills in English.)
