Mobility Tech Company であるソニー・ホンダモビリティにおいて、クラウドサービスおよび顧客とのタッチポイントであるWebアプリ・モバイルアプリを、内製にてスピード感を持って開発・運営し、新たな顧客価値を次々に創出・継続的に提供するとともに、そのために必要なソフトウェア技術の磨きこみ・アジャイル文化の醸成を推進していくこと。

■職務内容
ソニー・ホンダモビリティで推進するサービス事業における、Webアプリケーションのフロントエンド開発。
デザイナー・企画メンバーと協力しながら、バックエンドエンジニアとも連携し、車両やそれに付随するサービスの販売・顧客管理・サービスサポートを担うWebサイトの開発をしていただきます。

開発する領域・動いているプロジェクト：

・アカウント作成から予約・購入、納車・再販などの一連の顧客のライフタイムジャーニーを実現するオンライン販売サービスWebアプリケーション

・人数規模：5〜10人/プロジェクト

モビリティ産業にかかるD2Cのドメイン知識、社外パートナーと連携した業務経験が得られます。ソニーとHondaとのジョイントベンチャ企業がグローバル市場に展開するEVについて、そのコンパニオンアプリケーションの開発に携わることが出来るため、社会に大きなインパクトをもたらすことが出来ます。また、エンジニア自らが新規サービスの提案を行うことが出来ます。

リードエンジニア/スクラムマスター/エンジニアリングマネージャーなどのキャリアパスが想定されます。


Team’s Mission / Responsibilities
At Sony Honda Mobility as a Mobility Tech Company, rapidly develop and manage cloud service and web/mobile apps which can be touchpoints with customers, to create and continuously provide new value for customers, while continuously updating our own software technology, then foster an agile development culture to achieve our goals.

Job description
You will be responsible for web application development in Sony Honda Mobility‘s service business. You will be a member to design and develop the network architecture in coordination with designers and planning members, as well as collaborating with cloud backend engineers.

Development areas / current projects:
Online Sales Service Web Application that Realizes the Entire Customer Lifetime Journey, from Account Creation to Reservation/Purchase, Delivery, and Resale

Development tools, etc.
・ HTML / CSS
・ JavaScript / TypeScript
・ React SPA and related technologies
・ Component-oriented and atomic design
・ Increasing development environment efficiency including testing
・Slack, GitHub, Figma, etc.

Project structure:
・ Headcount: 5-10 members / project
・ Sprint duration: 1 week

Experience and skills gained through this role
You will gain domain knowledge in D2C for the mobility industry and experience in collaborating with external partners.
You can have a significant impact on society by working on the development of a companion application for electric vehicles (EVs) to be rolled out in the global market by a joint venture between Sony and Honda.
In addition, engineers can propose new services on their own initiative.Possible career paths include lead engineer, scrum master, and engineering manager.

■必須
・TypeScript/JavaScript+Reactを用いたWebフロントエンド開発経験（3年以上）
・BtoCサービス、プロダクトの開発経験

■尚可
・セキュリティ, ネットワーク, データベース, データサイエンス, 機械学習分野の専門知識
・コネクテッドカーを含むIoTデバイスと連携するサービス・ソフトウェア開発経験
・アジャイルプロセスでのソフトウェア開発経験

■語学力
ソフトウエアに関する英語の技術文書を読めるレベル


Required skills / experience
・ 3+ years of web app development at a business entity.
・BtoC service or product development.

Preferred skills / experience
・ Expertise in security, network, databases, data science, and machine learning
・ Experience developing services and software that work with IoT devices including connected cars
・ Experience in software development using the agile methodology

Language Skills
Ability to read software technical documentation in English
