知能化された自動運転・運転支援システムを実現する機械学習による認識・制御技術開発。

職務内容
他部門や開発パートナー、研究機関などと国内外問わず協業し、自動運転・運転支援システムにおける下記業務をお任せします。また、海外での現地評価、開発なども行っていただきます。

具体的な業務内容：
・機械学習、ディープラーニング等のAI技術を活用した認識技術開発
・機械学習、ディープラーニングを活用した他車予測・行動計画・軌道生成のAIモデルおよびソフトウエアの開発
・AI認識アルゴリズムのソフトウエア設計・実装（枝刈り、量子化、蒸留、組み込みECUへの実装）
・AIモデルおよびソフトウェアの学習、検証のためのフレームワークの開発（MLOps、シミュレーション環境の構築）
・AIモデルおよびソフトウェアの学習、検証のためのデータセットの開発（実車データの計測、合成データの生成）

Team’s Mission / Responsibilities
Development of recognition and control technologies using machine learning to realize intelligent autonomous driving and driver assistance systems.

Job description
You will be working with various departments, development partners, and research institutions both domestically and internationally to engage in the following tasks related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. You will also be involved in on-site evaluations and development overseas.

Specific Tasks:
-Development of recognition technologies utilizing machine learning and deep learning AI technologies.
-Development of AI models and software for other vehicle prediction, behavior planning, and trajectory generation using machine learning and deep learning.
-Software design and implementation of AI recognition algorithms (pruning, quantization, distillation, implementation in embedded ECUs).
-Development of frameworks for learning and verification of AI models and software (MLOps, construction of simulation environments).
-Development of datasets for learning and verification of AI models and software (measurement of real-world data, generation of synthetic data).

- Languages: C, C++, Python

- AI Tools: Pytorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, MetaflowCaffe, Chainer, etc.
- Cloud Deployment Tools: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, etc.

必須
機械学習を用いた認識技術・制御技術の研究・開発経験（いずれか3年以上）

・カメラ、レーダー、ライダー、ソナーなどセンサーに関する基礎知識または実務経験
・GDPR 等プライバシーポリシーに関する知識・開発経験
・組み込み向け量産コードの開発経験、ソフトウェアテスト、ASIL対応、Automotive SPICELevel2以上の開発経験
・実車を用いた自動運転/運転支援機能の機能評価の経験

語学力
ビジネスレベルの英語力



Requirements
Required skills / experience
3+ years of research and development experience in machine learning-based perception and control technologies.

Examples:

Sensing software
Image recognition/object detection algorithms
Object identification algorithms from sensor signals
Sensor fusion algorithms
Application of AI models to path control
End-to-end application of AI models from recognition to control
AI model optimization
Prior experience in the mobility industry is not strictly required.

Preferred skills / experience

3+ years of knowledge, development experience, and embedded code implementation experience related to autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems.
3+ years of experience in developing large-scale systems.
Basic knowledge or practical experience with sensors such as cameras, radars, lidars, and sonars.
Knowledge and development experience related to privacy policies such as GDPR.
Experience in developing mass-production code for embedded systems, software testing, ASIL compliance, and Automotive SPICE Level 2 or higher development.
Experience in functional evaluation of autonomous driving/driver assistance functions using actual vehicles.
