・Lead to obtain the approval of investment plan in accordance with the global process in corraboration with Head Site Engineering head/ Head Project Engineering and global counterparts.
・ Lead large Shiga engineering projects based on investment plan by coordinating & managing all the parties concerned (both in house and outside vendors)
・ Investigate new technologies and establish technical standards for facility and equipment.
・ Ensure overall regulatory compliance of facilities and equipment and associated documentation and providing training in organization

■ At least 5 years of pharmaceutical engineering experience with GMP knowledge including mechanical knowledge for production equipment, building, HVAC and plumbing, field building standard, fire protection, environment, explosion protection
■Solid Project management knowledge and skills
■Project execution for designing, construction supervising from the order placement through IQ/OQ for Pharmaceutical facilities.
■English communication skill to global function
