POSITION SUMMARY:
- Maximize market share and profitability working with sales manager
- Pursue new business for new products and new applications in line with CS (Connection Systems) segment strategy and profitability targets
- Support all projects and programs associated with Nissan, other JOEMs and Tier1s in order to reach the above objectives from harness tier perspective.
- Perform critical analysis for products that will drive value for our customers
- Build SAP (Strategic Action Plan) and Budget data files, including monitoring of JOEM car production figures
- Build "customer intimacy" in collaboration with Global sales and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with major Japanese harness suppliers, build strategies, and develop strategies for expanding our business in Japan.
