グローバル種苗メーカーで、日本（千葉）での農場長をお任せします。

You are responsible for the set-up, organization and functioning of the breeding trial station.

-Connecting with contractors, builders and suppliers to make sure the station ins established.
-Taking care of the co-ordination and planning of breeding trials.
-Contacting in close with the Japanese commercial partners and breeding departments and breeding stations elsewhere in the world.
-Taking care that the breeding trials are commercially relevant and results are well communicated with the Japanese commercial partners.
-Understanding of the Japanese vegetable seed market and close interactions with the commercial and product development teams of commercial partners.

-Responsible for coordinating with various international research-breeding teams to plant, grow and evaluate variety trials and ensure timely reporting.
-Leading the workers to perform various farm activities and work closely with external trial partners.
-Managing the budget and for planning future staffing and investment.
