グローバルで加速度的に成長するEC事業をFraud対策の側面から支援していただきます。部分最適ではなく全体最適の対策を立案・導入するため、海外現地の責任者と協議を重ねながら、Fraud対策をリードしていただきます。同時にFraudの監視を通じた継続的な改善を行い、世界中のお客様に安心してご利用いただけるオンラインストアの維持に努めます。

具体的な業務内容の一例：
・Fraud対策に係る全体企画、関係各部との折衝、技術的な実装、運用構築
・ログ監視基盤(SIEM)の運用、監視コンテンツの開発
・Fraud監視業務の構築、運用 (クレジットカードFraud、大量購買など)
・その他、会社のリスク管理のための関連業務

You will be responsible for supporting the global growth of the EC business through fraud prevention measures. You will lead Fraud prevention while consulting with local managers overseas to achieve overall optimization. At the same time, you will make continuous improvements through fraud monitoring and strive to maintain a secure online store for customers around the world.

As an Anti-Fraud Specialist, you will engage in several areas from the following jobs.
・Overall planning, negotiation with related departments, technical implementation, and operation construction regarding fraud prevention measures
・Operation of log monitoring platforms (SIEM) and development of monitoring contents
・Establishment and operation of Fraud monitoring operations (credit card fraud, high-volume purchasing, etc.)
・Other related work for risk management of the company

■必要な経験・スキル・能力
・WEBアプリケーションの設計、開発、または運用経験 (自ら手を動かし業務を遂行した実務経験3年以上)
・課題やリスクを自ら特定し、周囲を巻き込みながら当事者意識を持って解決できる能力
・役割や立場、考え方が異なる多種多様なステークホルダーと意思疎通・合意形成・利害調整をしながら業務を推進できるコミュニケーション能力
・ビジネスレベルの英語力 : TOEIC 800点以上 (各国ステークホルダーとの口頭・書面でのコミュニケーションが定常的に必要となります。)

・サイバーセキュリティ、またはFraudに関する調査、対策、監視のいずれかの経験
・クレジットカードFraud対策の導入・運用経験
・各種Fraud対策ソリューションの導入・運用経験
・ログ監視基盤を用いた、データ分析経験
・Fraud動向に関する情報収集、分析能力
・プログラミング言語の業務経験

■Minimum qualifications
・Experience in web application development, design, or operation (at least 3 years of hands-on experience)
・Ability to identify issues and risks on one's own and resolve them with a sense of ownership
・Communication skills to facilitate operations while communicating, building consensus, and adjusting interests with a wide variety of stakeholders who have different roles, positions, and perspectives
・Business level English (TOEIC score 800 and more / verbal, written, presentation)

■Preferred qualifications
・Experience in cyber security or fraud investigation, fraud prevention measures, or monitoring
・Experience in implementation and operation of credit card fraud prevention measures
・Experience in implementation and operation of Fraud prevention measures
・Experience in data analysis using log monitoring platforms
・Ability to gather and analyze information on fraud trends
・Experience in programming languages
