Premiumサービスを利用いただいているお客様の専任マネージャーとして、適切なサービスプランの立案や実行を行って頂きます。
大手のお客様を担当いただき、グローバル含め様々な大規模プロジェクトに携わっていただきます。
例えば、顧客が抱えている技術課題やシステム障害に対して、グローバルのエキスパートと連携し、フォローの実施。
また、複数PJが立ち上がっている場合には、一元的窓口として顧客の対応を行って頂きます。

As a TQM you will act as SAP's front office lead within the customer's IT・Project organization. You will architect the service plans to the customer's needs and head the service delivery. You will be involved in the customer's SAP projects as a supervisor from SAP's point of view, thus proactively safeguarding implementations, upgrade and supporting operation improvement. It will be your responsibility to create and maintain a trustful and cooperative relationship between the customer and SAP on project level.
