メディカル・バイオ - ＣＭＣ薬事

仕事内容：
・バイオ医薬品の原薬製法開発及び開発テーマ推進業務（抗体医薬品及び新しいモダリティによる医薬品）
・原薬製法に関わる新規技術開発及び戦略立案（Rocheグループを含めた国内外企業等との共同研究業務を含む）
・治験・承認申請における最新のグローバル規制要件を満たす試験デザイン立案、データ取得・ドキュメント作成
・スケールアップ研究及び国内外製造サイト技術部門への技術移管"

Description of work:
・Process development research of bio pharmaceutical drug substance and related leadership role in project development (therapeutic antibodies and bio pharmaceuticals by new modalities)
・Related technology development and strategy planning including joint research with Roche or other companies
・Study design, data acquisition, and document preparation that meet the latest global requirement of clinical trials and new drug applications
・Process scale up research and technology transfer to technical team in manufacturing sites, both domestic and global

求める実務経験
・企業もしくはアカデミアでの組換えタンパク質等の物質生産研究（実務経験3年以上）
・データサイエンスの経験があれば、なお望ましい

求めるスキル・知識・能力:
・動物細胞もしくは微生物等を利用した物質生産に関する知識（分子生物学、遺伝子工学、細胞生物学、細胞工学、RNAデータ解析など)

＜培養プロセス研究＞

求める経験:
・企業もしくはアカデミアでの組換えタンパク質等の物質生産研究（実務経験3年以上）
・スケールアップ研究や製造サイトへの技術移転の経験があれば、なお望ましい
・データサイエンスやモデリング及びシミュレーションの経験があれば、なお望ましい

求めるスキル・知識・能力:
・動物細胞もしくは微生物等を利用した物質生産に関する知識（分子生物学、細胞生物学、細胞代謝、生物化学工学など）
・メタボローム解析、各種PAT（プロセス分析技術）、フィードバック制御システム、Digital Twinなどのシミュレーションに関する知識があれば、なお望ましい

＜精製プロセス研究＞

求める実務経験
・企業もしくはアカデミアでの組換えタンパク質等の物質生産・精製法開発に関する研究、または樹脂やフィルター等の精製材料の開発に関する研究（実務経験3年以上）
・スケールアップ研究や製造サイトへの技術移転の経験があれば、なお望ましい
・データサイエンスやモデリング及びシミュレーションの経験があれば、なお望ましい

求めるスキル・知識・能力:
・タンパク質精製に関する知識（タンパク質科学、構造生物学、化学工学、材料工学、バイオプロセス工学など）
・クロマトグラフィーのMechanistic Modelingなど流体シミュレーションに関する知識があれば、なお望ましい

＜Cell culture Process Research＞

Desired experience：
・Bioproduction research of recombinant proteins in the related industries or academia (3 years+ experience)
・Having experience of process scale up research or technical transfer to manufacturing sites is more desirable.
・Having experience of data science or modeling and simulation is more desirable.

Desired skills/knowledge/abilities：
・Knowledge in bioproduction using animal cells or microbials (e.g. molecular biology, cell biology, cell metabolism, or biochemical engineering)
・Having knowledge in metabolome analysis, process analytical technology (PAT), feedback control system, or digital twin simulation is more desirable.

＜Purification Process Research＞

Desired experience：
・Bioproduction research or purification process research of recombinant proteins in the related industries or academia or experience of developing purification materials such as resins or filters (3 years+ experience)
・Having experience of process scale up research or technical transfer to manufacturing sites is more desirable.
・Having experience of data science or modeling and simulation is more desirable.

Desired skills/knowledge/abilities：
・Knowledge in protein purification (e.g. protein science, structural biology, chemical engineering, material engineering, or bioprocess engineering)
・Having knowledge in fluid simulation is more desirable (e.g. mechanistic modeling of chromatography).
