JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for logical and strategic FP&A manager who become a true thought partner for local management, providing data-based business insights, high quality deliverables and recommendations.
FP&A Manager is required to have strong analytical skills, as well as good communication skills, making full use of BI tools to develop and manage financial plans and analyze financial data.

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, GW, 年末年始

 Holder of BA. Preferred having degree in finance and Accounting
 Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience in global multinational company
 Fluent in English
 Logical and exceptionally strong analytical skill
 High level of proficiency with Systems and Excel including processing large volume data and interfacing corporate reporting systems
 Knowledge of BI tools, IBM Cognos TM1 and Qlicksense is advantage
 Highly organized, accurate with strong abilities to work in a high pace and under a tight schedule
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Japanese, for interacting with various levels of the stakeholders
 Ability to build effective relationships and influence others
 Sound working knowledge of USGAAP reporting standards. US CPA holder an advantage
