【Responsibility】
・Lead multiple New Product Development (NPD) projects across the global cross functional department.
・Lead implementation strategy and establish delivery targets
・Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
・Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders
・Developing spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
・Report project activities, timelines, and risks to other project team members and stakeholders
・Ensuring resource availability and allocation
・Ensure effective risk management through preventive and corrective measures
・Build a strong and productive team environment to resolve issues

【Product to develop】
・Spectacle Lens, Electronic Eyewear, etc

【Team】
・Report to Project Planning and Management team general manager
・Individual contributor. Manage global cross function team members.

Essential:
・5+ Years of global cross functional NPD project management experience
・Understand complex technical specification, business case, manufacturing process
・Cross functional conflict resolution skill


Desirable:
・Medical device/equipment NPD experience based on ISO13475.
